Shipping Destinations


We currently ship to most countries and regions worldwide. However, we are unable to deliver to the following addresses:


P.O. Boxes

APO/FPO military addresses

Remote or restricted locations where courier service is unavailable

Processing Time


All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully confirmed.


Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Estimated Delivery Time


Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local courier conditions.

Standard International Shipping: 7–15 business days

Remote Areas or Special Regions: 15–30 business days


Please note that delays may occasionally occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to customs inspections.


Shipping Cost


We offer a simple flat-rate shipping fee:


Fixed Shipping Fee: USD $5 per order


The shipping fee will be displayed clearly at checkout before payment is completed.


Order Tracking


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available), allowing you to monitor your package status online.


Customs Duties & Taxes


For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or additional local fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address


Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.

Order Cancellation


We understand that plans may change. Please review our cancellation policy below:


Before Shipment: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or before shipment for a full refund.

After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled directly. Please wait until delivery and contact us regarding a return request.

Custom or Special Orders: Custom-made or special request items cannot be cancelled once production has started.


Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.


Damaged or Lost Packages


If your package arrives damaged, missing, or significantly delayed, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected arrival date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
